Dr. Susan Everett

Dr Susan Everett (Barker) is an ethical vegan for over 35 years and has raised her two adult sons vegan from birth. She is committed to a vegan lifestyle for moral, health, environmental and spiritual reasons and is interested in raw veganism. She is a retired academic professor (ecology/ecological education/teacher education) and senior university administrator. Her university career was both in the UK and Canada. As a retiree she values a quiet life, volunteering in her local West Somerset community, growing fruit and vegetables on her allotment, walking and reading.
